Ingredients:
- 6 Lamb chops
- 4 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Meat tenderiser
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 2 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- ½ tablespoon Fenugreek
- ½ tablespoon Cooking oil
- 2 tablespoon Mint sauce
- 3 tablespoons Yogurt
Steps to Make It:
- In a small bowl, mix ginger garlic paste, a pinch of salt, and meat tenderizer.
- Rub this mixture on lamb chops and leave for 30 minutes.
- Now, add all remaining ingredients and mix them to make a paste. Add this mixture to the lamb chops and leave for 3 - 4 hours or overnight. (You can freeze chops at this stage for up to 1 week).
- Grill the chops on high flame for 6 to 7 minutes from each side. Brush with olive oil or butter when needed. Serve with bread or boiled rice.
